From the time that you commission your equipment you will have contact with our service technicians who perform start-up and all necessary training.
Your own maintenance personnel and operators will be trained to handle and maintain your equipment to achieve maximal performance.
Once the machines are commissioned we offer tailor made service contracts to suit your own site requirements, where depending on your site capabilities we can take total care of your machines or carry out intermediate or higher level service.
Our own service personnel are always available for trouble shooting and service questions.
Spare parts
Recommended spare parts lists are provided for our machines specifying quantities for the successful long term preventive maintenance of all machines manufactured and distributed by GIA.
When it comes to the right spare parts our internal sales staffs are always keen to help with your spare parts solutions, offering the quickest way to fulfill your parts requirements. Depending on the circumstances it is not unusual for us to keep consignment stock on site for our customers, this assists in speeding up any down time that may be experienced waiting for spares to arrive on site.
